A legal disclaimer
As the client, you are purchasing a tailored, individualized strength program. This is not intended to replace a personal trainer. As with any physical activity, the possibility of injury is real. As the client following the programming, you are responsible for ensuring proper form and technique to avoid injury. By following our strength programming, you are accepting the responsibility for any risks involved when training with weights.
Terms & Conditions
All initial clients are required to subscribe to our programming for a minimum of 3 months, at a rate of $200.00 per month, payable each month. For this fee, you will receive one month of strength programming, 4 initial one-on-one instructional meetings, access to our on-line community, 2 video conferences per month, and a free training journal.
Be advised that our instructor, Jake Roberts, can terminate the plan at any time. If this happens within the initial three month start-up, the client will be reimbursed up-front costs for undelivered programming.
If one is removed from our client roll or if a client chooses to discontinue the programming, they will no longer have access to our online community and the biweekly video conferences.
